Minutes of the Board and Stockholders' Meetings
An archive of the minutes of Lynchburg Glass Corporation Board of Directors' and Stockholders' Meetings, 1923-1926. These were scanned, converted to text, and edited by Dennis Bratcher from original copies now in the Jones Memorial Library in Lynchburg, Virginia. The original minutes were typewritten. These text versions were transcribed and converted to a screen font for ease of reading. As a result the formatting of the original has not been precisely preserved. The original minutes contain handwritten notes in the text and margins; these are not normally included in the text. Exceptions were made where the notation was obviously a correction, such as Mr. Eller crossing out "Chairman" on the signature line and writing "Presd" with his signature.
The pages include both the transcribed text as well as scans of the original pages.
