Features: Retooled CD164 Mold 4 to strengthen lettering and add logo. On front, lettering is now strong with triangular edges; L logo is added, as well as a dot of glass or period following the G of LYNCHBURG (see CD 252, Mold B); the two small circle blot-outs above B and R are still visible, but the large circle blotouts beneath LYNCHBURG are no longer distinct on most pieces. On reverse, lettering is still rounded; a period is added following NO.
