CD 162 - Type IV, Mold B15

Color: Green
Base Type: CDP:w

Features: Lettering is even and well defined although shallow, with rounded edges. On many pieces lettering is worn and sometimes indistinct. L logo is on top of crown. On reverse, mold number is off center to the left and appears to be die stamped rather than engraved. Frequently there is excess glass around the base (see Overpour). This mold is usually found in shades of green or yellow green, although it also exists in Light Blue. This mold was retooled to strengthen the lower skirt, CD 162 IV, Mold B15.1.

Mold Number Location: on reverse below O of NO.
