CD 162 - Type III, Mold G11

Color: Apple Green

Features: Reworking of CD 162 I, Mold G11 and CD 162 II, Mold G11 to further widen wire groove. Lettering is strong with triangular edges. However, on many pieces, lettering is worn but still distinct, although the triangular edges often appear rounded. On reverse, mold number is usually very weak; both 36 and MADE IN are often indistinct. On top of crown there are indistinct marks in the glass; these may be remnants of removed lettering or repair to the mold (see below).
