CD 162 Type II Mold G2 front
CD 162 Type II Mold G2 reverse
Color: Lt. Aqua
Base Type: CDP:w

Features: Reworked CD 162 I, Mold G2 to widen wire groove and stregthen lettering. On front, there are a series of five faint circular blot outs beneath and slightly above LYNCHBURG, which are not always visible. There is a small dot between Y and N. On reverse, a large circle blot out follows NO; the bottom leg of 3 is larger; there is a faint period before U as well as after; S slants slightly to the right. This mold was reworked again to further widen the wire groove, CD 162 III, Mold G2, and then retooled to strengthen the bottom of the skirt, CD 162 III, Mold G2.1.

Mold Number Location: On reverse centered below NO.
