CD 122 - Mold 9

Colors: Green
Base Type: NDP:x

General Features: Lettering is even and strong, with mostly triangular edges (the sharp edges appear more rounded on pieces made later). On front, the L logo is weaker with rounded edges; there is an indistinct circular blot-out above, to the right, and partially beneath the L logo (see below). On reverse, the bottom row of lettering is close to the base; there are a series of indistinct circular blot-outs on reverse above NO. 30 (below). The lower arm of 3 curves sharply upward. The mold number is die stamped and slightly recessed; it is often very faint.

Additional Information: This is one of a handful of CD 122 mold numbers that have been confirmed with a smooth base (SB; see below).

Mold Number Location: On reverse to the right and slightly above 30.
