* The CD designation for this style of Lynchburg insulator was changed from CD 112 to CD 112.1 in 2018.

Features: This mold is about about 2mm taller than the other Lynchburg CD 112.1 (see below); bold evenly spaced lettering with triangular edges. Brookfield shop marking XO on top of crown (see below). This mold was retooled to add a mold number, CD 112.1, Mold 5; otherwise they are identical. [This mold has been reported but is not yet confirmed.]
