After a full discussion it was decided to put the matter up to the Chatham & Phenix National Bank & Trust Company of New York and setting the 9th day of October as the limit in which to receive any objections which they might have.
If there were no objections from this Bank, the largest creditor, the officers were instructed to pay up the open accounts on material and machinery in full.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
