CD 252 - Mold C

Color: Aqua
Base Type: CDP

General Features: On front, lettering is well defined but not strong, centered with rounded edges; C is slightly shorter than other letters; right leg of H is longer than left. On reverse, lettering is also well defined but weaker. The D slants to the right; S is misshapen and slants to the right. The bottom row is very near the edge of the base. There are faint remnants of previous lettering beneath № 2 Cable (see below).

Detail of reverse lettering.

The white arrows indicate remnants of previous letters beneath present lettering. Here, BLE is discernable, presumably part of an original № 2 CABLE. This appears to be the remains of original Brookfield lettering.
