CD 154 - Type II, Mold L23

Color: Clear with sage green tint
Base Type: RDP:r

 

Features: Lettering is bold and slightly uneven, with triangular edges. On front, L logo is much shallower, with rounded edges, often indistinct: C is similar to G and slants to the left. On reverse, MA is slightly larger than DE; O of NO. is slanted slightly to the left; the final period following A is extended to the right (see below). The mold number is die stamped; the 3 is struck heavier.

Mold Number Location: on front skirt to the left and slightly below LYNCHBURG.
