Features: Lettering is tentative and weak with mostly rounded edges. On front, LYNCHBURG is shallow and uneven; the L and oval are stronger. On reverse, there is a long dash after NO but no period; there is a circular blot-out above and to the right of NO; the S is slanted slightly to the right with the bottom curve larger than the top. There is a Brookfield shop marking X1 off-center on top of the crown (see below). This mold was retooled to strengthen the lettering and to add a mold number, CD 145 II, Mold 5.
