CD 145 - Type I, Mold 7

Color: Lt. Aqua, with light green streaks
Base Type: CDP:w

 

Features: Lettering is bold and even with triangular edges. On some pieces the lettering is shallow and indistinct. On the front, there are three large circular blot-outs beneath the lettering (see below). On the reverse, the bottom curve of S is larger; 43 is much shallower with rounded edges. NO. 43 is often indistinct; there is a circular blot-out above NO. There is a Brookfield shop marking backwards 2 on top of the crown (see below). The mold number is die stamped and slightly recessed.
