CD 145 - Type I, Mold 2

Color: Blue Aqua

Features: Retooling of CD 145 I, Mold B to strengthen lettering and add mold number. Front. On front, lettering is now bold and even with triangular edges; there are three large circles blot-outs beneath and below LYNCHBURG and the L logo. On reverse, lettering is weaker with rounded edges; there is a large circle blotout above and to the left of NO. Both a dot and a dash follow NO. The S slants slightly to the right. There is a faint backwards 2 on crown top, but is often indistinct and sometimes not visible. The mold number is die stamped and slightly recessed.
